How it works

Getting engaged with us is quick and simple!

Step 1

An assessment of current needs is completed and a recommendation is provided to you and your benefits broker. 

Step 2

Your benefits plans are configured. Marketing collateral will provided and or distributed to eligible employees.

Step 3

Enrollment Support is provided in person or virtually by call center or share screen technology.

Step 4

Enrollments are submitted to carrier and ongoing support for new hires is available.

We work with your broker on a revenue share or operate on your vendors’ available tech credits!

how quickly can you get engaged?

We normally require 2 weeks to prepare for enrollment. If your data is clean and decisions are made, we can build as quickly as 1 business day.

Are your call center employees in another country?

All of our assigned benefit counselors are licensed and insured in your state.
